Ralph was great! We purchased the tile a couple months ago with the intention of installing it ourselves. Needless to say, the tile sat for almost two months. So we emailed Ralph and he replied right away. He provided us a quote and it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the the first quote we received. He was able to get us scheduled right away and was able to complete the job in a couple days. We also were not sure how we wanted the border/edge of the tile to look. The day he came to do the actual installation he brought over some edge tile that matched perfectly to the mosaic tile. The end product looks amazing! He is very professional and paid attention to detail.
We are planning on remodeling our master bath in the near future and are definitely going to give Ralph a call when we are ready to move on that. If you are looking to get some tile work done, do not hesitate to give him a call!

Don't: Do not wait to schedule your work if you are contemplating a project because they are in demand.

Do: Work with these professional, fairly priced tile artist. They are perfectionists and will not disappoint.

All the work was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and no question went unanswered.

This job ( at least on my end) could not have possibly gone any smoother. Unfortunately, that probably wasn't the case for Ralph, Mark and Zac. On day one, they showed up when they said they would. Before starting any work at all, they protected all of my furniture and carpeting. They also ran into their first unexpected "problem." The last layer of linoleum was attached to plywood that needed to be cut out. After that delay, things went smoothly until it was time to lay the floor. The tiles were not cut all the same size at the factory, thus making the tiles unacceptable. Ralph figured out several different solutions to this before I even knew there was a problem, thus causing another delay. So as to keep on schedule, since 2 days were lost due to "issues" Ralph and Mark worked Saturday and Sunday. Monday was spent finishing up the floors and putting my house back together. Mark even ran the dishwasher to be certain there were no leaks! On to the fireplace ... A custom design that I had seen in a magazine. After getting all the slate cut and placed, there was such a slope that caused another delay to make the job look the way it should. Not a problem for me, but another delay for Ralph. My mantle needed to be raised and an electrical outlet moved - not only did Ralph take care of this, he hid the outlet in the mantle so it can't be seen. With all of these delays and obstacles, not once did Ralph ever let on that it was a problem or an inconvenience to him. Because of their attitudes, even though I had a toilet in my living room, stove in the dining room and refrigerator in the family room, I NEVER felt stressed or inconvenienced. When the job was finished and I went to clean up, there honestly wasn't ANYTHING to clean up - they took care of it all. I really can't say enough wonderful things about these guys and their work. I am recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs any tile work done!
