Home Building
Had a house built in 2003, charged extra for everything and double charged for added square footage, sub floor not properly screwed down, electric fireplace always have issue, can see tape from mudding, builder unprofessional, told me "everything won't be perfect when you have a house built", quality of workmanship poor, substandard lighting and plumbing. All in all I wouldn't recommend this builder to anyone. I spoke with several people who attempted to sue him and was told that he "Put everything in his grandmother's name"

THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WHEN I WOULD CALL TO REQUEST CHANGES, THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ALSO DIDN'T CHECK THEIR MESSAGES, SO THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WANTED DONE. MANY THINGS WERE DONE INCORRECTLY AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM.
