Todd submitted the best design though his quote initially was on the higher side. Matched price with other similar competitive bids. Did not insist on us signing a 'lawyered' contract as we were uncomfortable. Was flexible in changing design with our input as work progressed to make it look better. Payments were made in stages after work was done. Quality of work was very good, stuck to professional methods done the right way. No cutting corners to reduce cost, especially when doing the hardscaping. Added more plants than was in contract. Threw in lighting for free. Sprinklers & Sod were from other independent companies Icon had contracted with, whom we directly paid amounts predetermined in the initial contract. Icon took about 2 weeks to complete job. Offered us good value for a great design. The result was stunning - we won the 2nd prize for the subdivision landscaping contest (the 1st place went to another home by Icon as well). One minus, Todd can be hard to get hold of at times.
