All of our customers will deal directly with an owner who will also take a large role in day to day supervision. GoldLeaf has over 15 years experience in Insurance Restoration Loss Repairs. We can assist you in your time of need to repair damages caused by Fire, Wind, Water, Smoke, Vehicle Impact, or any other loss. We constantly work toward separating ourselves from the pack through planning and communication. We do this by: 1. Making sure your project meets your expectations in the planning process to minimize the 'unknowns' or 'extras'. 2. We work with our vendors to continually achieve the best possible pricing without sacrificing quality. 3. We communicate. You will be contacted as much or as little as you request throughout your project. You choose the method of preferred communication (i.e. phone, email, text) for updates and project related information. 4. Changes occur. No work outside our agreed upon scope will take place without your prior approval of both scope and pricing. You will not have to be concerned with sticker shock at the end of a project.
