Description of Work: Lina stopped by to give me an estimate the SAME DAY I called her. One of the other services I called from Angie's list took their time to give me an estimate (over a week), and came in with an estimate WAY over the top. Lina has been very professional, and punctual. She's great!

+ -1 moreI had a real hard time talking with her while she was here as she was not fluent in English and it would have been difficult to communicate my needs to her. I would not use Gjelina’s Cleaning Service in the future only because of the communication difficulty.

+ -1 moreWe had her clean our house before but did not like the result regarding the wooden floor so we left a comment and switched. When another cleaning company let us down, and we were in an emergency just before Thanksgiving, we contacted her again. She asked professionally why we did not like the floor and offered to service our place right on the next day (although it was prime season for cleaners). The floor then was immaculate of course.
Description of Work: Monthly cleaning of our 2700 square foot house.
