We had her clean our house before but did not like the result regarding the wooden floor so we left a comment and switched. When another cleaning company let us down, and we were in an emergency just before Thanksgiving, we contacted her again. She asked professionally why we did not like the floor and offered to service our place right on the next day (although it was prime season for cleaners). The floor then was immaculate of course.
