At En-Vision Property inspections, our slogan of “Inspections Exceeding Expectations” are not just words on paper. Our inspectors don’t just take a 2 week online course and start inspecting homes. Our inspectors are Certified Inspection Experts which exceeds the industry standards and are the highest certified inspectors in the industry. They go through a rigorous in-house training program and assist on inspections with a lead inspector. This gives them the field experience as well as the knowledge to live up to our slogan.. Every inspector at En-Vision Property Inspections is also certified through InterNACHI, the premier inspection association. They also exceed the industry standards for continuing their education every year. At En-Vision Property Inspections, we do not just follow the standards, we raise the standards.

"[Member Name Removed], As I said in all of your other bogus reviews, I talked with the owner of the warranty company and he said that these issues are covered. I am confused that instead of calling us saying your claim was denied to see if we can help (which I did by calling the owner of the warranty company). You instead decided to write reviews saying that we missed leaks all over the home (not true a faucet leaking after the inspection and a small leak in the basement is not all over). [Member Name Removed], the inspection is not to tell you what is working, it is to tell you the deficiencies. I am more than happy to come back and revise the already 50 page report to tell you that the front left side bedroom door handle is working, the front left side bedroom door is working, the front left side bedroom door stop is working (I think you get it now, if not you are welcome to call so I can explain it to you). I am also surprised that you say the leaking faucet was easily identifiable. Don't you think that if I can find a notched floor joist hidden by duct work that I would be able to find a leaking faucet? As I said in the previous email to you, things change and this is why we provide you with warranties. Also as I said at the inspection and in my previous emails, we are here for you. This should have been evident with the numerious times I helped you with understanding and getting the correct times to fix the missing vent and strap under the kitchen sink that were in the report. I didn't see this in your review."
