Do not use this company I had a home inspection done and they missed a ton of things that I had to have fixed immediately after moving in. This company cost me so far over 2,000 in repairs missed. Stay clear away

Response from En-Vision Property Inspections
The inspector & owner of the company met with this customer to go over concerns. Concerns were either listed in the inspection report or conditions have changed since the inspection and 1 item failed afterwards. The customer received 6 Free warranties with their home inspection. We forwarded the link for the customer to file a claim with the warranty company to see if anything would be covered. Customer refused to file a warranty claim. Customer requested a partial refund. We offered a full refund. Our refund agreement states that any and all negative content posted on social media is strictly prohibited. Customer refused to sign refund agreement and instead posted more negative reviews for items that were listed in his inspection report.

Just go read the 1 star reviews for this company already and this is exactly what happened to me. I noticed leaks all over my house after I moved in that were easy to identify that I can’t believe they were missed during my inspection with Brian. Brian did a terrible job. The warranty company he uses, Residential Warranty Services, oh boy are they fun to deal with. They denied all my claims. The utility sink leaked right away after turning it on. It was leaking at one of the valves as well. Claim got denied by RWS because the utility sink wasn’t on the inspection report. None of my faucets are on the report as being in good or bad working order so it’s a workaround excuse by the warranty company or it’s En Vision’s fault for not putting all my faucets were in good working order at the time of the inspection because none of them will be covered now. I also noticed a leak in the basement with a section of my hot water lines. My basement is unfinished so completely exposed to detect any leaks. Brian noted no leaks in the basement on the report but RWS is still denying this claim too. I contacted en Vision about these issues and all they offered was to get in touch with RWS for the claims, which ended up being useless. To rectify the costs associated with these repairs, en Vision should offer a refund for the inspection. No one wants to close on a home and then have nothing but problems and spend money to correct the problems that an inspector should easily have been able to identify. Stay away from this inspection company.

[Member Name Removed], As I said in all of your other bogus reviews, I talked with the owner of the warranty company and he said that these issues are covered. I am confused that instead of calling us saying your claim was denied to see if we can help (which I did by calling the owner of the warranty company). You instead decided to write reviews saying that we missed leaks all over the home (not true a faucet leaking after the inspection and a small leak in the basement is not all over). [Member Name Removed], the inspection is not to tell you what is working, it is to tell you the deficiencies. I am more than happy to come back and revise the already 50 page report to tell you that the front left side bedroom door handle is working, the front left side bedroom door is working, the front left side bedroom door stop is working (I think you get it now, if not you are welcome to call so I can explain it to you). I am also surprised that you say the leaking faucet was easily identifiable. Don't you think that if I can find a notched floor joist hidden by duct work that I would be able to find a leaking faucet? As I said in the previous email to you, things change and this is why we provide you with warranties. Also as I said at the inspection and in my previous emails, we are here for you. This should have been evident with the numerious times I helped you with understanding and getting the correct times to fix the missing vent and strap under the kitchen sink that were in the report. I didn't see this in your review.

Brian is an inspector's inspector. He's a prodigy. He saved me from buying a total money pit. His written report that I received 2 hours afterwards was incredibly detailed with pictures and analysis. An experienced facilities manager looked at the report, and said its the best he's ever seen. How Brian did this in 2 hours is beyond me. Don't buy a house without Brian. A friend of mine used him and had the same result.
Description of Work: Brian did an incredibly thorough job on a home inspection. He found some major issues and gave just the right amount of information to not overwhelm me. The inspection was first rate.
