Alex company was the second plumber I'd had for this same issue. They came and initially advised these leaks usually were a result of drain issues. Upon investigation they determined that my drain and pipes were not the issue and in fact were in good shape. They advised that the grout was missing in areas and that allowed water to get behind tile and cause the leakage. They resealed my shower and said that may fix issue but if not I would need to have tiles re grouted/sealed. I ultimately had to get tiling done but I appreciated their being honest about the issue. They were neat, and were respectful of my home. I thought the price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
