Called back to salon and they hung up on me which had happened once before.Obviously were not interested in fixing also color only lasted for a couple weeks ,because it looked washed out the next day after service.

She is very friendly and professional. We hit it off from the first visit. I would recommend Kimberly to anyone. It is a little pricely,but is quality work and environment. They always keep updated on the newest products.
