The service was good. It was great. They did a great job. It was fairly quick that they came out and got it fixed. It worked out that I had a home warranty. So, whatever I paid was a deductible. It was not much. They worked directly with the company for me for the home warranty and came out and got it done right away because it was just about to expire so they did a really good job.

I originally had a different heating and cooling company look at the problem. This other company was not able to diagnose the problem. I then called Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. They showed up the next day as scheduled. They diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. The technician was very professional. I will call Complete Comfort first for any future furnace or A/C issues.

We gave them a call on a Friday night. We were happy that they were able to come out on Saturday morning. I feel that the office answering service could have been friendlier. The location is convenient to us.
