John bent over backwards to fix some serious drywall problems in our house. He has the knowledge, skill and experience to problem solve on-the-spot. Ultimately the work was excellent and the price more than fair. My wife and I are so satisfied that we're planning on hiring A & S to paint the inside of our house in the next couple of weeks. Awful!!! Would not give me an estimate, cut a part of my wall out, could not confidently tell me what needed to be done next so I told him I had to check with my brother in law who is a contractor, and when I asked how much I owed him he said "I don't know - $160 or $140? DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT!!!!! Do NOT hire!!!!

I met the owner of A&S Painting for a rehab project I was working on in Detroit. I was behind schedule and undermanned. Ilre was able to get started right away and his work was amazing. He showed up and went strait to work helping to get my project back on schedule. He followed thru after I had to leave the project to make sure it was completed correctly. It's always nice to find a contractor who can actually do what they say and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be using A&S Painting for all my future projects.
