Returned phone call the same day. Did estimate and work within 24 hours. Showed up on time, cleaned up and did a great job.

Steve came out and gave us a quote, he was not pushy and very knowledgeable. A few weeks later his crew came out and did the work. Looks great, multiple compliments from the neighbors. Cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Crew was professional and extremely courteous.

Called Saturday morning, emailed my photos of what needed to be removed/grinded, received quote with in the hour. Was placed on the schedule for that up coming week. Monday afternoon....my two small tree stumps were gone!!!
Steve was very helpful, communication was awesome and professional, and quick to the point!

Steve came out and gave me a quote within a day of contacting him. It was a very reasonable price. He came out within a  week to do the job. I told him I am usually home on weekends.He said he would call before he came but he came without calling first so I was glad I was home when he showed up on a Saturday. They we very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after. I recommended them to my neighbors.

Steve was very upfront and honest about the whole process and my options for the tree. I really appreciated his candor in letting me know that the treatment may or may not work. He also advised that letting the tree die completely before having it removed would result in a more expensive removal. He returned phone calls promptly, set up service within only a few days of my call, and he and his crew were very prompt and efficient.

We hired Arbor-Tech on the advice of a friend. They came out and advised us on the pros and cons of raising the canopy or completely cutting down the huge Cottonwood Tree we have. We elected to raise the canopy which was no small task due to the size of the tree. They removed 5 of the lowest leads. Their clean up was amazing. While they were contracted to chip and remove all of the wood I still expected to maybe do a little raking to get the last of the debris. But they cleaned up everything.
