 + -1 moreSteve came out and gave us a quote, he was not pushy and very knowledgeable. A few weeks later his crew came out and did the work. Looks great, multiple compliments from the neighbors. Cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Crew was professional and extremely courteous.

Monday afternoon....my two small tree stumps were gone!!! Steve was very helpful, communication was awesome and professional, and quick to the point! Highly recommend Steve and his crew!

 + -1 moreSteve came out and gave me a quote within a day of contacting him. It was a very reasonable price. He came out within a week to do the job. I told him I am usually home on weekends.He said he would call before he came but he came without calling first so I was glad I was home when he showed up on a Saturday. They we very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after. I recommended them to my neighbors.

 + -1 moreSteve was very upfront and honest about the whole process and my options for the tree. I really appreciated his candor in letting me know that the treatment may or may not work. He also advised that letting the tree die completely before having it removed would result in a more expensive removal. He returned phone calls promptly, set up service within only a few days of my call, and he and his crew were very prompt and efficient. The service has been a success so far and we would definitely recommend Arbor-Tech!
Description of Work: Steve came and assessed our dying Ash tree (it was the emerald ash borer) and recommended treatment or removal. We decided to have the tree treated with Bayer Advanced and the dead parts cut down, which they did.

Description of Work: We hired Arbor-Tech Tree Care for stump grinding because they had great reviews from other customers. We had numerous stumps in our yard, all along the side fence and that continued across the back of the yard, covering an area about 100 feet long and three feet wide. There were over 75 random stumps ranging in size from very small clusters the size of a handful up to several that were the size of tree trunks. These were the remains of a row of overgrown hedges that had been cut down and taken away. Steve from Arbor-Tech originally came out and inspected the area and quoted us what we felt was a very reasonable price to do the job. On the scheduled date, they arrived with a large machine and completed the job in the stated amount of time. They were very neat and very careful, and were concerned with both our yard and that of our neighbors. Afterward, they swept off our deck and picked up stray scraps. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were friendly and personable and spent time with us to explain everything. They answered all our questions and did a wonderful job. Instead of a mess of stumps, we now have a neat layer of wood chips that is disintegrating over time. After it settles we can rake it smooth and lay sod or seed and have a normal yard.

 + -1 moreWe hired Arbor-Tech on the advice of a friend. They came out and advised us on the pros and cons of raising the canopy or completely cutting down the huge Cottonwood Tree we have. We elected to raise the canopy which was no small task due to the size of the tree. They removed 5 of the lowest leads. Their clean up was amazing. While they were contracted to chip and remove all of the wood I still expected to maybe do a little raking to get the last of the debris. But they cleaned up everything.
Description of Work: We had the canopy raised on a Cottonwood Tree.
