The Appliance Guys responded to our request and were able to come out the next day. It took Bob less then a half hour to diagnose and repair our oven. Bob had the part on his truck, so there was no delay. We highly recommend this company!

We were on the verge of buying a new one, but he came over and fixed the old one and it is working fine now. He is really good. I would definitely recommend this company.

They're good and honest. They did a good job. The repair held on me, I did have any problem with it and they came right on time. They were reliable. On price, I didn't get any other estimates, I couldn't say for sure but they were reasonable. They were punctual. We've used them more than once actually.

He did a great job. He arrived about a half hour late, but fixed the problem in no time. He was polite, respectful of our home, and very professional. The only thing that I can complain about is that he was late. Everything else went well.

Ken came the next morning and determined that the timer was aging, but still working, and probably not worth replacing on a 12 year old machine. Charged the $45 service call as quoted. He also gave me some valuable information about cleaning the machine to eliminate periodic ''gunk'' deposits on the clean clothes.

They don't take credit cards, so you need to have cash or check. It looks like they may give a discount if you have cash.

Andy, the tech was on time and very knowledgeable on the subject. Repaired my washer in a very quick manner and was able to help me with making sure the problem does not reoccur. Family business with great knowledge. Very professional.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIRMAN AND THINK HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. I WAS IMPRESSED WHEN HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET A PART FROM A FELLOW WORKER TO FINISH THE JOB INSTEAD OF ORDERING IT AND MAKING ME WAIT.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR THE SERVICE CALL. THEY REPLACED THE PART AND DID IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I AM SATISFIED. I HAVE NOT HAD TO CALL THEM BACK.
