We went with American Cleaning Services because they were competitively priced and they had high ratings on Angie?s List. 
Gary did a fantastic job power washing and staining our deck.  He also power washed the wood trim around our house.
Gary is very conscientious and has a keen eye for details.  Gary noticed dirt drip marks behind the gutters, which meant water hitting the roof was not running into the gutter. He installed an aluminum plate to correct the problem.  Gary also noticed a small hole in a wood beam and puttied it.
When lining up the job, Gary took the weather forecast into consideration to ensure there was sufficient drying time.
Gary is one of the hardest workers we have contracted.  He is a perfectionist and knows his craft well. We are extremely pleased
with the way our deck looks.  We are also going to have Gary paint our house trim and windows.

I have been staining our deck for 15 years. One time, I'll do it - the next time I'd hire someone. In either case I was never quite satisfied with the results. Although Gary was busy and we had to wait for him (that's what I get for calling in early July!) he stayed in touch with me and came out as promised. He gave us good advice about what kind of stain to use and talked us thru his entire process. He arrived on time on the day he said he would and stayed in touch as the project moved along. The bottom line is that the deck looks as good as it ever has, even for an older deck. I may never do it myself again - Gary will get my call each and every time!

THEY ARE REAL EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO FANTASTIC WORK. I WOULD USE THEM A LOT MORE OFTEN, BUT I CAN'T AFFORD IT. I WILL SAY THIS, WHEN THEY CLEANED MY CARPET, IT LOOKED BRAND NEW.
