 + 0 moreRob uses email for his estimates and requires an authorized witnessto sign the contract. I think that he is very thorough, but would need a reference first.
Description of Work: Action drywall was one of the companies that I contacted for en estimate to spackle and sand my walls. ( I had blown-in insulation so there were wall holes that had been filled but not smoothed.) Rob is a very fine person to talk with, but his estimate is double the estimate of other drywall workers; this is because he tents off the areas he is working and this saves the dust accumulating in the house. I was very pleased, but decided to opt for a lower bid that would not have the tenting as an additional charge. ( I have screened windows which are 7 foot so creating an air flow in my condo is easy.)

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The company always replied to my phone calls within 2 hours. I was given an estimate for the service the day after I called and they started promptly on the job in two days. The job was completed in four days. All areas of the basement were covered to cut down on dust. When I found an area that I thought was missed, they corrected it the following day. They were always friendly and responsive.
Description of Work: Installation of drywall in basement on to preinstalled studs.

 + -1 moreIt was a small wall on the side of the door. They had to replace the entire bottom part of the wall. It wasn't a very large project, but they did it promptly and professionally. They arrived when they said they would, fixed the wall, and you would never know it wasn't the original wall.
Description of Work: They came in an fixed a wall in my house that was damaged by water from a leak.

 + -1 moreTHE DRYWALL THAT WAS REPLACED IN THE BEDROOMS LOOK VERY GOOD. THE MEN THAT DID THE WORK FOR US THEY WERE GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING AND STAYED LATE UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME AND REPLACED DRYWALL IN MY BEDROOMS.
