Only got an answering machine message informing camera they are not accepting new customers.
They might do good work but they FAILED with this caller.

My doggy looks so cute, and the shampoo makes her smell so good. Love the bows in her hair. Sue, the owner/groomer is very friendly and nice with many years of experience...and it shows!

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. She gave him a and quot;summer shaveand quot; . The grooming was exactly what I wanted. She was very personable. This was the first time I have gone there and I will go to and quot;Diva Dogsand quot; again.

She is great with both of my dogs. My little dog doesn't like the blo dryer and she is really good with him. I would recommend her to anyone.

First and foremost, when I come in I always feel warmly welcomed and appreciated. That is so rare anymore that it deserves a mention. Every time I come in we discuss what I want done and they deliver exactly that. As mentioned prior, if I want to change my dog's cut for summer or any other reason, I am offered suggestions and ideas that work out good for me. My dogs are always treated with care and professionalism which is key. If the groomers notice anything out of the norm like a skin allergy for example, they make sure to mention it so the vet can be contacted. All in all, they provide everything I want from this service and more which is why I am happy to write this review for them. I feel like any place I return to regularly is obviously doing something right. If you're like me then you check reviews on places before committing (especially when it comes to our fur friends). Diva Dogs gets it right.
