All Concepts Contracting

After moving into a new house we wanted to add a fence surrounding the entire backyard.  The house had an existing fence already surrounding the pool.  Lloyd was able to source the exact same fence materials and extend current fence to surround the entire yard.  His crew did a great job.
We called on a Monday, he was there same day to measure.  Once we agreed on price he handled the permit process with the city while I cleared it with my HOA.  It took a good portion of one day to do the install.  Everything turned out great.
He also installed a fence for us in 2001 at our previous house.  The aluminum fence held up well the 11 years we were there.

My worst contracting nightmare.

Tony came out to do the estimate for us. Lloyd - the owner - came out to do the work. He did an extremely excellent job and finished it all in one day. They started at 9am and they were done by 3pm. After that we had a cement walk put on one side of the house and the gate was too low on that side so he came back and re-hinged the gate at no cost. I thought that was great that he didn't charge us because it was something that we changed after the fence was installed. Property lines are important to watch and they went to the city and got the diagram for me of my property lines at no additional charge. Our neighbors threw a fit and called the city because they thought it was on their property so Lloyd called us to let us know they had filed a complaint with the city. He said he would wait until the city came out to check, but that he guaranteed the fence was on our property. When the city surveyor came out Lloyd came out, too. He really did a great, thorough job and stood behind his work.
