They were slow to start with his prior commitments and weather delays. When the conditions were right he was there getting the job done. I find him to be a perfectionist (Not a bad trait) as he rejected about half of the retaining wall bricks that he found to be sub par. He made the journey to his supplier which was 80 miles away 3 different times. I would not rate his supplier very well but am confident of his decisions. The wall looks outstanding as is the natural stone seawall. He repaired any damage he caused with his large equipment. Over runs were expected since we changed our minds several time after the start of the project. The extra changes were reasonable and expected.
