"This lady brought her car to us to repair something that was screwed up by another repair facility. She came to us because we have special tools to do the job right. No one gave us these tools. They cost money. She said that the job took two minutes. We can't even write the repair order in two minutes. The work was done in the service building that cost $200,000. Our technicians get paid for EVERYTHING that they do. She evidently thinks that they should do her work for free. Our records show that she was charged $10 (not $25). THAT'S TOO MUCH? PLEASE..."
