The company/owner took six (6) weeks to complete the work! Moved his drilling rig on site one day and didn't return for a week. Would work for one or two days at a stretch, then we wouldn't see them again for a week or more. Owner stated that he had a new crew working the well; they had never drilled a well before. Owner did not apologize for being slow; made it appear that this is their normal way of doing business. Finally completed the well around June 26, six weeks after they started. The delays in getting the well in delayed my projects and other work I had planned for the summer. Six weeks later I still had not recieved the final bill (initial deposit of one-half was paid in March); twice I called the owner to get bill sent to me. Final bill did not include any allowance/discount for their delays, etc. I called the owner to discuss an adjustment to the bill for thier delays; never recieved a return call from him. I finally paid the bill with a self-determined 10% discount. The check was cashed without a complaint on his part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO HAVE YOUR WATER WELL DRILLED....it'll take forever to do.
