The whole process went much easier than I thought it would. Great Lakes Ford Collision was helpful, delivered car, walked us through all the necessary phone calls, they were so helpful! The actual repair was done timely and they informed us through texts, emails and pictures of the vehicle as it was being repaired. I thought that was pretty cool, first time I had a body shop do that! Actual repair was really good, I could not tell our minivan had been in an accident.
