Heating system froze up during bad storm mid February. Bruce looked at system which was put in in 1991 and was antiquated with parts which couldn't be replaced. He presented a proposal to replace the system with an 80% efficient Rheem furnace within a day and the following week his pleasant crew came in removed the old, did some sheet metal work back at the shop, came out the next day to install the system, and we now have a wonderful new heating system in place,
