Matt Garrison is a scam artist.after saying ALL work would be completed by his crews, almost everything was incompetently by temporary unskilled workers, their work was not able to pass inspection. If you are crazy enough to even consider this guy, get a attorney to review contract first!!!! Then get ready to hire a replacement contractor to finish all work. By the way see the BBB & AHB logo on the bottom of all his paperwork?? He hasn’t been a member in years, wonder why??? Better call and verify!!!!

We didn't pick anything out to go into our house (they did it) and we already have things falling apart. The windows they put in was done poorly and the quality isn't very good. We have found holes in the walls they didn't repair -there were things done on the deck that never should of been done the way they did them. To make a long story short-DON'T HIRE this Co. to do your work. They were suppose to be done and out of here in 3 months and you can see that did not happen.

Ridgeline contracted out the work to an independent contractor. The independent contractor would then sometimes contract his work out to another contractor; we never knew who was doing the work. We had decided to go with white trim/baseboards and the owner/contractor had the nerve to criticize our choice and said it was a bad idea to paint wood trim. They were completely unprofessional, damaged some doors and a toilet and the install job was not very good and was incomplete.

Things have not gone well from the start. They kept telling us we wouldn't like something we wanted. We didn't get to pick out our French doors, our shower, even the spindles on our stairway. From the very beginning, there was always a meeting to inform us what was next or what we may want to inform them of anything (this was a good thing), but too many times, things weren't going well. Part of the time we would have 1 worker show up for a day or two or maybe no one would show up for a few days. Our done date was Sept. 1, and here we are almost into Dec. They are still not done, partly because things didn't get ordered when they should have and partly because the laminate floor is coming apart. The Co. has to make a decision on what they are or are not going to do. Just a big mess. If we ever want to do anything again, we will definitely look elsewhere!!
