Wayne Chapton with John Wayne Construction is one of the best out there. First of all, his price always beats the competition while the quality of his work surpasses them. Three years ago they finished my basement. It increased living space and added value to our home. The best part is (except for the lower ceiling) you cannot tell you are downstairs. When we decided to put our house on the market, we had Wayne and his crew back to help with some smaller projects we had been putting off. Once again he has made us totally pleased. The communication and follow-up are top notch. The details of the work are as good as I have seen anywhere and the customer service is the best. If you are worried about staying on time and within budget...call Wayne! Oh and I have 4 kids I daycare for that were here during the remodel. I have never seen construction guys be quieter than these guys were during nap time...not one child ever woke up! Chapton Construction is my go-to company.
