Description of Work: This is none other than Wayne J Chapton of Chapton Constrution. To see my original appraisal of this person, please look under Chapton Constrction Remodeling kitchens and baths. I will be uploading photos of the messes he made in our home. Please also see his rating in the BBB of Grand Rapids. HE DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE. IF YOU HIRE HIM AND HE SCREWS UP, YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE TO SUE HIM. He also doe not have insurance, so if he or one of his men gets hurt on the job, they will sue you.

 + -1 moreWayne Chapton with John Wayne Construction is one of the best out there. First of all, his price always beats the competition while the quality of his work surpasses them. Three years ago they finished my basement. It increased living space and added value to our home. The best part is (except for the lower ceiling) you cannot tell you are downstairs. When we decided to put our house on the market, we had Wayne and his crew back to help with some smaller projects we had been putting off. Once again he has made us totally pleased. The communication and follow-up are top notch. The details of the work are as good as I have seen anywhere and the customer service is the best. If you are worried about staying on time and within budget...call Wayne! Oh and I have 4 kids I daycare for that were here during the remodel. I have never seen construction guys be quieter than these guys were during nap time...not one child ever woke up! Chapton Construction is my go-to company.
Description of Work: Demo and Re-Tile shower & install new drain pan and valve Repair water damaged ceiling Install new locks and door knobs Install trim in kitchen and bathroom Repair several drywall holes and cracks Change out several light fixtures Other misc repairs.
