FULLER SEPTIC SVC CO

The service went great. I called and they were able to come out in less than a week. As it was our 1st time having a tank emptied, the service provider was very helpful in answering questions and giving advice for maintenance. Thankfully they kept records of the exact location from previous owners, that kept the affect on the lawn pretty minimal.

They were good. I didn't have any problems at all.

The office person was very helpful, they guys arrived when they said they would, called first like I asked, and answered my wife's questions very well. they were neat in burying the tanks back up after they were done. I will deal with them again, and would recommend them!

The arrived as scheduled. Removed old tanks and added new ones. No problems. I honestly have no reference for price.

The service call was all good. He arrived as expected, found the tank covers and pumped the tanks. As we have never had septic tanks before we had question which he answered to our satisfaction. Will recommend Fuller and will diffinately use them again.

Our home was built in 1988 and the two septic tanks had never been pumped and were full. We saw an ad in the local shopper for Fuller Septic and called them. I asked about prices and they told me it would be $285 if I located the tanks and $385 if they did so. Since I had no idea how to do it, I chose the $385 option.

They scheduled someone to come out within a week and said we did not have to be home. However, on the scheduled date, they ran behind and called to explain and said they would be out the next day. I was home when Jason arrived first thing the next morning. I showed him the general area where I thought the tanks were located. He found them using a metal rod, but then explained the ground cover (a noxious vine) prevented him from digging up the soil to get to the septic tanks. He said it was my responsibility to remove the ground cover, to call when I did so, and he left.

I rate them and quot;Cand quot; on responsiveness only because I was disappointed they could not clear away the vine as part of the $100 I paid for them to find the tanks. However, in fairness, it took me about 30 minutes using a chainsaw to do so. I called and let the receptionist know I had cleared it away for him and left for work. By that evening, Jason had returned, pumped us out and left a thorough, detailed and quot;service recordand quot; showing how many gallons he had pumped, state of our two septic tanks and drain field, length of hose used to pump, etc.

Overall, I was happy with the actual septic cleaning, but disappointed they could not remove the ground cover. In the future, now that I know where the tanks are located, if I live here long enough to have them pumped again, I will locate them myself.
