If your looking for quality work, would like to be mislead and pay double your quoted price, look no further.
I had the owner, Kenny Wittenbach, come out and bid on the excavation for a custom home I was building. He was very cheerful, pleasant and easy going. He gave me an estimate of $8,000. After meeting with him I felt very trusting. We did have one minor change that should have been $1,500. We were not half way through the project and he had already billed $10,000. I think I would be over $20,000 if I kept going.
I will be renting equipment to finish my job now that he has eaten up the budget he set for me.
