Worst bunch of clowns I've ever had to deal with. The whole ordeal took way longer than it needed too and the quality of the work has been poor. They say they’re going to do something and then you have to follow up with them after the day comes and goes and they did nothing. Then I get a bunch of excuses such as the city inspector hasn't been available. I finally have to start telling them they need to come over and do the work now before the frost starts and threaten to cancel my purchase and then they finally show up. They tell me they would come out in the morning to finish the job and that was only after I told them I would cancel my check since they have not completed the work. They tell me they didn’t know when they could come out to complete because there busy. Yeah, they should be busy finishing up the job there already got paid for instead of someone else’s. The place is completely disorganized the sales guy does not communicate with the workers and they have no sense of urgency in anything they do. I don’t understand how they have been around for as many years as they have. Worse thing is I only went with them because they were local, otherwise I could have ordered an equivalent awning from Menards and paid a local contractor to install it for half what they charged me. One of their workers was suppose to be here in the morning to complete the job and while it was cold the work that needs to be completed is under the awning anyway. He was supposed to be here in the morning and they called me to tell me he would come by in the evening. They finally show up and do a half *** job, and I am so fed up that I tell them that good enough I'll finish it myself, because I can’t take watching this anymore. I ask the guy if he would be happy with this work on his own home, and he was silent and I asked him to leave. Now if all that stuff wasn’t bad enough, Friday after thanksgiving the power goes out in half the home, so I take a look around check the breakers and call DTE. They come out and say one of the two power wires feeding the house has been cut and they run a new wire so the furnace works and I can heat the house while they repair it. I told them about the work that was done and they tell me both wires are damaged and because they poured cement over the wires instead of just calling DTE and taking care of it at that moment they damaged the wires that they are going to have to run new wires to the meter. DTE is going to go after them for the repairs, but that how karma works. This is my experience with Wayne Craft, I wouldn’t hire them to cut my grass much less anything else. Pete

We found our concrete guys first, then we found Wayne Craft after a few estimated. Very good product, well designed.

This company will never get my business. I just didn't feel like really wanted my business, I bleed red like everyone else...

We needed to add railings to the steps inside our garage leading into the home. I submitted an internet inquiry and got a response within 36 hours, not as quick as I would have liked but better than average for non-internet businesses, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day, a Tuesday. The sales person was on time and quickly looked at what was needed and explained our options and priced the project. I agreed to the proposal and told the salesperson we needed the railing installed by the end of the week if at all possible. He said he would do everything in his power to get the job done in the time frame requested, he even called the office and explained the problem and requested that the work be done ASAP. The next day, Wednesday, a person came by to confirm the measurements and I was pleasantly surprised when we got a call Saturday morning that they would be out that afternoon to install the railings. The installers actually showed up before noon and had completed the installation before noon. I was very pleased and will use then again for any of their products that we might need and would definitely recommend them. My only issue was I thought the pricing a little high, but then I tend to feel that way about a lot of pricing in today's market.

The service and response were good. Everything was exactly as promised. I would use their services again.

They were very efficient and neat. They explained the whole job. We needed a new type of roof, so they took pictures as they took the roof off to show the damage a previous roofing company had done. They did a really good job. It looks really good.
