Our experience with Viscount has been excellent. They sold us the spa that we wanted at a good price. The installation crew was on time and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Viscount recommended an electrician to update the electrical for new tub, and we had a great experience with him too. Whenever we go into the store to buy chemicals or with a problem, they are always helpful, friendly and not trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need. Would highly recommend over the other spa companies in town.

Whenever something is not working right we can go in there and they will tell us what to do or which chemicals to use. They don't try to sell you stuff you do not need. They will take anything back that did not work for you, they are upfront with you, and they will come to your house if you need them to. They are very friendly but they don't jump on you.
