I have had other company's. However, Verizon's pricing is not so bad compared to other company's I had to deal with like simple charges.

I had just bought a new phone and I was having a problem with it not reading the sim card. So I took it in and they ran a diagnostic and they realize that it was a bad chip and they replaced it for free. I like that they were responsive when I went in and there are a lot of stores close to me. When I have a problem that is hardware related they were willing to fix it at no charge.

There's a few things that I want to watch and I don't like most of the stuff. I guess their price is good compared to what's out there. There's no problem with the quality.

I don't have to contact them because they don't have problems.They also offer unlimited talk, unlimited chat and 2-3 Gigabytes of Data for me and my girlfriend.

We chose Verizon because it was the only service that got reception in our home. I've been pleased with the customer service and the cell phone service but not as pleased with the selection of phones.

We get great coverage through out the area. The dropped calls experiences are very few in number and coverage area is quite vast. We definitely plan to stay with Verizon as our cell phone provider.
