Amazing company, Jesse Valmont is a very skilled professional. After I told him that we use this door as our primary entry, and that our springs were last replaced only a few years ago... He recommended the extra duty cycle springs for nearly triple the life, for only $50 additional. Quoted price estimate over the phone, did some extra stuff like checked cables, which were damaged as well. Additional cost was not very much. I had my own bottom weather strip which I planned to install, but he put it on for me at no extra charge. He balanced the door, also re-programmed the garage door opener, as he told me that when the spring fails, this can affect the door opener operation. Again, no extra charge! I couldn't be happier with his professional service, and attention to my situation. I sent him a photo of the door with the broken spring, from the inside, and he said that was great as he was sure to have the correct spring on his truck (see attached photo). I highly recommend him.

Jesse was very pleasant and respectful to my 95 year-old mom and took care of the problem in short time. The realtor who happened to be there asked me to get his business card (which I did) because she was very impressed by his professionalism.

The worker was very prompt and professional. He explained what the problem was, and how he would fix it. He also recommended some products to keep our garage door working well. The scheduling was easy to work with.
