Description of Work: Very pleased with this company (dad and son). Came on time, showed me what they were doing and the end results. It cost less than a friend had recently paid another company. They're coming back next week to do carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts throughout the two storied house and the basement. Treated the ducts with a natural (plant based) antibacterial spray. Cleaned the dryer vent.

Description of Work: I called for a quote and details of service they would provide on a Friday evening. Chris was very thorough in his description of the process, how they access the ducts, equipment used, time frame and cost. I explained to Chris I am in the process of having the interior of my home repainted and this was a last-minute decision, I would need it done as soon as possible if possible! Chris told me they had an opening the next morning at 10am. I told him that I would need to get ahold of my painter and talk to him then call Chris back to confirm. I didn't get back to Chris until first thing the next morning. FORTUNATELY for me, 10am was still available so I booked the appointment. I was concerned because the rooms were already primed and new air vents had been installed and caulked and I didn't want dust all over the walls and trim. Chris assured me they would carefully remove and replace the vents and there would be minimal to no dust that would affect the work. Chris and CJ arrived ON TIME and ready to work. They were both friendly and professional. As CJ started unpacking the equipment, I took Chris around the house. He again described the process in more detail and told me it would take 2 to 2.5 hours from start to finish (including set up and break down). There was no hard sell or attempts at "up-selling". They immediately started. The set up was fast and, other than having to have the back door open, extremely unintrusive. They were very methodical and thorough. I was extremely pleased to find that during the course of their work, there truly wasn't any amount of dust that I could see!! As promised the vents were removed and replaced flawlessly. When they got to the point of cleaning the furnace area, Chris even gave me a tip on cleaning my electronic air filters. I followed his advice while they were doing their job, and found it not only cleaned the filters well, it cut the job in half! (You'll have to ask Chris himself for the tip!) Once finished with cleaning the ducts, the 2 access holes that were cut into the ductwork in the basement were replaced and sealed. As they packed up, Chris showed me before and after pictures he had taken and told me I would get copies in the mail. I asked for a few business cards for referrals to friends and family. The job was finished well within the time frame promised, payment AS QUOTED was made and they went on to their next job. There was nothing for me to clean up afterward. The overall experience was excellent. I didn't have any furniture that had to be moved so that may affect the amount of time the job normally takes. This being the fall, I am sure they will be getting more and more calls for their services. With the awesome job they did, I was lucky to get them as quickly and as last minute as I did!
