We bought a new house last spring and immediately had a baby. Our daughter is now 9 months old and keeps getting congested because of dust and dog hair. We've had Unique out to clean the ducts and the guys are professional and courteous. I work from home so they are being VERY accommodating as far as noise and need to access rooms. I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic service!

The guys showed up on time and they explained everything they would do and then got to work. They showed us inside our ducts so we could actually see what was in there and what was coming out. This company was easy to contact, scheduled the appointment quickly and did a great job. They were also about $200 less expensive than another company we contacted that did the exact same thing and method.

Excellent service, they showed up on time and worked quickly but they were detailed. They explained what they were going to do through the process and kept at it. They cleaned up after themselves and in my opinion went above and beyond with service. I would recommend them to others and have them back if I need this service again.

We had not done air duct or dryer vent cleaning for more than 9 years in our home and we decided to get this done during the yearend break. Unique Air Duct cleaning was one of the companies listed on Angie's list that did not have any bad reviews and was closer to us. I called them on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. The price quoted was very reasonable and was lower than one of my friends had to pay to another company the week before to get their air ducts cleaned in a similar house to ours.

Ken F and his colleague from Unique Air Duct showed up on Friday, RIGHT ON TIME as scheduled. They were very professional and friendly and clearly explained the process to us. They setup the equipment, one in the basement and one in their truck (blowers and vacuum cleaners I think) and got to work right away. Every air vent and returns was carefully removed and the ducts were cleaned using a special air blower sent in to the ducts. Once the cleaning was done, they put all the vents back in carefully and cleaned the surrounding areas with a hand vacuum cleaner. Ken and his assistant was one of the best contractors ( and tidiest in their work I would say) we have ever hired to do work in our house. They did such a professional job with the air duct cleaning, we decided to get their services to clean the Dryer Vent for a small addition on the same day. There were no hidden costs and they charged for the work as quoted, nothing more. Overall, we had a excellent service and a great experience getting help from Unique Air Duct cleaning. I would definitely use their services again. In fact, we found out that they offered carpet cleaning services and we scheduled an appointment to get our carpets cleaned as well. We have already recommended them to one of our friends looking to clean the air ducts in his home. The overall experience was excellent. I didn't have any furniture to be moved so that may affect the amount of time the job normally takes.

This being the fall, I am sure they will be getting more and more calls for their services. With the awesome job they did, I was lucky to get them as quickly and as last minute as I did!

I will absolutely use them again.
