The price is decent for the unit. The customer service is poor. We took the day off of work for the service to be performed and then they called our work at 9:30 am to tell us they weren't coming due to being behind. They rescheduled for 8 days later and came out promptly at 9:30 am. They disconnected and disposed our furnace and A/C, set the new units in place and said they would be back in two days to complete the job. Meanwhile we were left with no a/c in the heat of the summer. When we called the owner and explained that we have animals and need the a/c, they said the installer was exhausted and wouldn't be back out. He offered to discount the job $200 and throw in an air cleaner. I appreciate that he tried to make it right financially, but the money doesn't erase the inconvienence we were put through.

This is very good contractor to work with and I am glad I chose them. The price was quite reasonable compared to other bids I received. The people are very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales in fact, the sell was remarkably soft. The installation was excellent; it was carefully done with considerable attention to detail. The crew was polite, tidy, and worked well together as a team. They really knew their business. Since the job involved much of carrying things in and out of the house, they were very careful in this regard as well. When the installation was done they took ample time to show me how the system works, what all the components do, and what I need to do to take care of it. At the finish of the job, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. In short, they really did a very good job and caused me no grief. I am happy to recommend this contractor.
