The crew showed up on time and removed the floor as expected. They also left the bins and we coordinated a day for the pick up of the bins.
Also, the crew let me borrow their floor scraper for the weekend for me to remove my 1100 sq feet of glued down tile. It was a lifesaver and I can't thank them enough for that.
Experierence was great overall and I would recommend their services to anyone asking.

Technical Service Professionals work up very well. I'm actually live in California so it's very helpful because I have to do all of my research here from California and flew to Toledo, Ohio and meet them there and it work very well. Actually they did it free of charge because it wasn't even a testing but I was going to hire them to do the testing and they just did look around it was in my mother's basement in an older home and they didn't even have to test they knew just because of their knowledge which was really nice to know because when they shared it with me they knew the builders, they knew the area, they knew where stuff was used and building back 60 years ago, it was really nice.

After our general inspection when asbestos was suspected, I contacted TSP Environmental to take a look and assess the situation. Another company was going to charge over $100 to tell us if there was asbestos. TSP came out and inspected it at no charge. He came out right away. He worked with both me, as the Buyer's agent, and with the Seller's agent, since we negotiated to have the Seller complete the work prior to closing and pay for the work.
He answered everyone's questions, and had a very competitive rate, as the Seller's agent used TSP instead of the company she has used in the past.
We had a clean air test. He explained the results a number of times, since there were so many people involved.
When we needed a document for the bank the day of closing (!!), he stopped what he was doing, and got that document to us immediately.
I recommend this company highly.

Working TSP Environmental was a great experience. I was faced with a flooring installation being performed by another company that was halted due to concern that tiling under the carpet may have been contaminated with Asbestos. Mike was very prompt at getting someone out to take samples of the flooring in question. Within 2 hours of my flooring installation being halted, TSP was at my house to take the samples. With a rush order, they were able to get me results and a preliminary report on the very same day. The turnaround was amazing and I am so thankful that they were the company I went with for this work. While my flooring did test negative for Asbestos, I know without a doubt that had it come back positive I would have definitely worked with TSP to have it removed.

TSP Enviromental was contracted after reviewing other possible bids. Their cost was over $500.00 lower than a similar competitor.
The initial site walkthrough was done by one of the company's officer's and everything we discussed was in the service agreement
following the bid request. Once the date was established for start of the project., the team showed up punctually every day (job took approximately 4 days to complete). Very professional yet amiable as well. The family had suffered a loss just before the startup date
and the men were very sensitive to the family's needs during this time. A progress report was given at the end of each day and the
team worked hard to complete this work intensive project ahead of the initial schedule. I would highly recommend TSP Enviromental
for any asbestos abatement needs.
