If I could leave zero stars for this place I would!!!!! Worst service. Don’t spend ur time on this place. Paid for the door and the company never returned a call after they took the money and never installed the door.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt to provide an estimate and schedule install. The product is outstanding quality for a very reasonable price. The installers were very professional and did a nice job.

The actual work that they did with us was good. It took forever for them to do the work, and there were problems with both doors as well however they did eventually come out to fix the problems. However, they didn't finish all of the work. There was one whole screen that they never gave us. We called numerous times and never got any satisfaction from this. I would not recommend this company.

We were told doors would be ready in 4-5 weeks. Were not ready for installation until eight weeks. Used bright white caulk around exterior door trim against red brick, which does not look good. Left some caulk drips on threshold and on door, which had to be cleaned off. Planning to re-caulk with a darker color.

Poor service after the sale. Improperly installed door and wouldn't come out and fix it. Telephone manner was poor whenever contacted about it.

I HAD TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH FOR MY BUDGET. THEY WERE GOOD AT THE INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR NOT CLOSING RIGHT BUT, THEY CAME BACK OUT TO FIX IT.

I WOULD SAY THAT THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WAS ABLE TO GET THEM OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, CONSIDERING THE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THAT TIME. EVERYTHING WORKS PROPERLY, SO I AM PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING.

THIS COMPANY IS GOOD. I KEEP GOING BACK TO THIS COMPANY. I THINK REPEAT BUSINESS IS THE BEST SIGN OF A COMPANY THAT DOES SATISFACTORY WORK. I HAVE USED THEM THREE TIMES NOW.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY HAD A LARGE SELECTION IN THEIR SHOWROOM. THEY GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE AND INSTALLED THE DOORS THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT THEM. I HAVE A WARRANTY FOR THEM, TOO.

THEY DO VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY HAVE HIGH GRADE MATERIALS. THE SALESMAN TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD BE DOING AND, THEY DID IT. THEY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD WARRANTY ON THE DOOR AS WELL.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED OF THEM. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT AWAY AS PROMISED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS NOT TOO BAD. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
