New garage door and opener was installed timely and professionally. Looks great and couldn't be happier. New front and back entry and screen doors measured. Took awhile due to unforeseen circumstances . Quick and professional once he came. Unfortunately, told doors wouldn't be in until after new year. Will update once doors are installed.

These guys at Suburban Door were great! My garage door spring broke the night before, I called the next morning and they were out at my house a few hours later. Punctual and professional! Will hire again!

Very friendly, professional family owned business. We like to support local businesses whenever possible. Had to have them come back for a door adjustment, an appointment set for the next day. Very happy and we love the new doors.

The technician Aaron felt our present opener could be adjusted to perform correctly again. First he adjusted the door springs. He said they probably had been out of balance ever since the door was installed by another company. Then he made multiple adjustments on the opener. The door then performed correctly again. He said it might continue to work well for more years. He gave us a warranty which included a $90 credit if the adjustments stopped working. He only charged us the $90 service call fee. He said he wanted to save us the cost of buying a new opener if we didn't need it. We really appreciated his good diagnosis skills and expertise!

After researching and receiving a couple different estimates, I decided to go with Suburban door to replace by 2 garage doors (a 16'x7' and 9'x7') and openers. Mr. Sass was right on time for his scheduled estimate. He was professional, polite, and offered me a variety of choices and options. The office was very helpful in scheduling an installation date/time that was convenient with my schedule.
The installation crew were fast, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up when finished and were helpful in answering all the questions I threw at them. I will definitely be using this company for any future garage door needs.

My garage door snapped a cable on Sunday night.  It was hung up on one side, and had to force it closed for the evening.  Guide rail on one side was a little bent and some of the guide rollers came out of the rails as well.  Called Suburban Door on Sunday nite, and got the answering machine.  Told them to call me early Monday morning, and they did.  Had a guy out to our house by early afternoon, and they fixed the door.
I thought it might be more expensive, but the repair was very reasonable at $100.  Only took about an hour to fix.

Scott adjusted the contacts which control the range of the door's up and down motion. In addition, he altered the door-to-drive link so this problem should not occur for a long time. This was the second time I had occasion to call Suburban Door, and both calls were excellent.

They were professional, worked clean and the door and opener work great. They offered a fair price. And a good product

Top notch, rough estimate on phone turned out to be right on to the actual repair cost.  Techinician was very cordial, thorough and explained clearly the work completed.

Our garage door was damaged.  Suburban came out measured and ordered a new door. They came out to replace the door when they said they would and also replaced a spring at no charge.  Good company and I would use them again.

They came out for the estimate the same day I called, very quick and efficient. A week later the decision was made for the installation, and they came out the next day. They said Thursday Afternoon and arrived approximately 1:30 PM on Thursday finishing by 4:30 PM. The garage door looks great and the installation is superb. I'm not expecting any issues with the installation. I would definitely ecommend giving these guys a call. They were willing to work on the price when they were informed that a competitor offered a lower price.

My garage doors (I have two of them) would go up okay, but would not go down unless I held the button inside the garage down continuously until the door closed. (I changed the batteries in the remotes without any improvement.)  This is a problem on the snowy/icy mornings going to work when I had to back the car out of the garage, get out of the car, walk into the garage, close the door from inside the garage with the hard-wired button, and walk out the man-door and back to my car.  Ugh!
I had another company come out and tell me that the doors went up and down fine and they didn't see anything wrong (and I paid them a $45 "minor visit" fee.) The next day the problem resumed.
My parents were really happy with Suburban Door installing their new door and opener so I decided to call them.  I called them on a Wednesday and they came out the next morning (after first checking with me to make sure I didn't need "emergency" service.  I did note their website shows a 24 service for emergencies if necessary.)
I was not able to get off of work to be home, but I gave them the outside door code and the technician (a very nice young man by the name of Gret) called me after he arrived to tell me he had diagnosed the problem (the eye-beams were not properly seated in their sockets).  He cleaned and lubricated the doors, tightened the housings, and assured me that both were working fine.  (I paid with a credit card over the phone to the very nice woman, Norma, in the billing department at the Suburban Door offices.)  The total cost was their $90 service fee - no parts were required and no "extra" or hidden fees were added.  No upsell on trying to get me to add services either, and they offer a 90 day warranty on their work. :)
I am happy to report that not only do the doors go up and down, they are actually quieter in operation now than they were before!  I am very pleased and would recommend Suburban Doors to anyone.
