Dr. Wightman and staff went to extraordinary measures to accommodate my schedule (I flew in from Washington state and was very limited on time). They scheduled my elderly father's evaluation, made in-ear molds, had the hearing aids produced, and even went to FedEx to pick them up in order to get them fit before I had to fly out! I have never dealt with any medical office which was more knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and pleasant than Sound Advice Hearing Aids & Audiology. And the quality of the device, and the full in-ear fit is excellent - all that AND the price is competitive! My father is now able to understand speech and hear sounds not previously audible to him. I recommend them without reservation!

They understood my objectives and highly recommended the Widex as best for musicians. They gave me a long and well set-up trial so I could see if they really worked for me. After purchase, they have fine tuned them to give me the best result. I'm happy with the result - far better than my old aids. Very nice people to work with and very capable.

I bought my hearing aids from Sound Advice in 2012. They have worked perfectly and the support from Sound Advice through the years has been above and beyond. I am impressed with the quality and durability of these aids. After four years of use the receiver wire broke and Sound Advice brought me in immediately, diagnosed the problem gave me a loaner wire and had the part shipped overnight. The repair was complete in 24 hours without losing the use of my hearing aid

Am waiting for a response from the Va for a cost benefit, as I am a Korean vet. I doubt if they will respond as they do not respond to serious cases. More than likely I will soon return and purchase a hearing aid, from them.

Amy was terrific, testing my husband's hearing, and programming a hearing aid for him.  Unfortunately, with his Alzheimer's Disease, he just wouldn't wear the aid.  I had to return it within the 30 day trial period.  However, they were very patient with him, and I certainly appreciated having the 30 days to determine whether this was going to work for him.

My husband has been a patient of owner/audiologist Joni Todesco  for many years.. He was there to have his hearing aids routinely checked and cleaned.  Joni also fine tuned the computerized program for my new hearing aids to meet my exact needs.  I am very happy with the ones she sold me and also  the unlimited service her company provides.  The 3 audiologists there stay current on all the new developments in their field and I like that they sell hearing equipment from more than one company.  That way they know  so  the best features of each and can recommend the brand most suited to an individual's needs and budget.  The staff is cordial and visits are always very relaxed.  We are extremely satisfied with Sound Advice and would recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with this company because the staff is very accommodating in some ways. The product they recommended for me is working out very well. They want to see me every couple of weeks because hearing aids adapt to the adjustments they make. They say the entire process takes about 6 months.
