I was asked to move my furniture and when he arrived he said and ldquo;I thought I told you you have to move your stuff out of the wayand rdquo; He told me I needed to move my furniture farther away.

The RSI tech did a great job in identifying our problem with our Frigidaire Washing Machine which involved a clog of nails and coins from my husbands work jeans. We didn't have a clue as to what was wrong.
The service was prompt and professional, and we'd call RSI, again, if we had a problem with our washer or dryer.

The first technician they sent was not knowledgeable. I was presented with a $129 bill for the service call and ''in-depth troubleshooting'' that consisted solely of checking for loose connections. After I complained to the manager a second technician was sent out who found the problem almost immediately. Although my frige was ultimately repaired, it meant additional inconvience as I had to take time off work, etc. Your experience with this company will depend on the technician who is dispatched.
