Nicole arrived at my home at the scheduled time and spent about 20-30 minutes just getting to know Milo...he is pretty yippy with strangers. She allowed him to express his dominance (barking his fool head off while hiding behind me) and after he figured out that she was no threat (and a yummy treat didn't hurt either) he warmed up to her. Once all was good in Milo's world, we took him out to her fully equipped van and she got down to business. About and hour and a half later, Milo was all handsome in his new haircut and tie.

I really liked Nicole and so did my dogs the two times that she saw us. After an appointment scheduling error (on her part) I finally was able to reach her again and she gave me a new appointment which I confirmed.  I was there at the appointed time and she was a no-show. No phone call, no apology and no explanation

Your reply is not accurate. I did not expect nor request free service. I paid for full grooming on my long haired dog and for nail trim on my short haired dogs the first time I saw you. It was your idea to bring them to your address if it was only a nail trim.  Yes, you did not charge me when I brought only one of my dogs (per appointment) but I did not expect that it was free and was fully prepared to pay.
I fully understand that you are a business and there never was an expectation on my part that you would do this for free.

but my new dog is too large. :(

My 13 year old King Charles Spaniel is handicapped and does not have the ability to use her rear legs. Nicole is so tender and gentle with her. Comes right to my home and works out of her unit in the parking lot. She was concerned last time about the pavement being too hot for her paws when we have her on her wheels so she carried her. She's very compassionate. Plus my dog get's a massage which i appreciate because i know her shoulders must get sore and tired from using them solely to move around.

She was prompt, and very professional. I have a dog with health issues, and she handled her with the best of care.  You can tell she is an animal lover.  I will use her again for my dogs next grooming.  She looks so cute!

The dogs are groomed in the mobile grooming trailer, right outside of our house.  Since there are 4 of them getting groomed she does two at a time.  When she is finished they are brought back into the house and the next two are taken.
The dogs love her.

She is very friendly and knows how to handle any type of dog. I believe she prefers the smaller dogs but I am not 100% sure. She really shows she cares for the animals and always does a terrific job.
