They responded quickly and was able to give me an approximate cost before I paid them to come out. My job was relatively simple--connect a new bathroom faucet. To the other companies who can't say 'about' how much connecting a faucet would cost before I pay you $100 to come out--I am not going to hire you!!! So far, so good. Faucet is up and running.

There was an initial hiccup with getting someone scheduled to come out. After that, Walter came out the same day he called to reschedule for tomorrow. That made me extremely happy and now we have a great plumbing set up in the upstairs bath tub. Walter did a lot of work at an extremely reasonable price. We will be calling to get some other things taken care of

They responded promptly to our call for information and again when we called for service. Our sump pump had stopped working and was flooding the basement. They replaced it and found another problem that we were not aware of (but explained why the drain did not remove some of the water) and fixed that also. They resolved all the problems and did it all in one day.

They came as they said they would. I believe it was a descent cost. I have a home built in 1926 so I know it was a challenge. time will tell if it was worth it. just had it done 2 days ago. at least I have water in my shower and my kitchen. my husband said he would hire them again.

Mike found the leak in the winterized copper pipe and replaced it from the outside in to the basement where the the the hole was that was that had been creating Niagara Falls. Already referred them to my sister-in-law who lives around the corner and they were also happy with the service..

Anthony and Troy did a great job. I had originally scheduled for 2pm and they were able to do the job at noon which worked great. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They completed replacing very old shower faucets in a timely manner and cleaned up so that the bathroom looked as it did before they started. Will definitely recommend and hire them for future projects.

PSI (a.k.a. Plumb-Pro's) worked in conjunction with the City of Livonia to replace my primary water meter. PSI replaced two shut-off valves, one on each side of the meter, with ball valves and did an awesome job at a great price. I'll definitely hire them again in the future when needed, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Fair price for clearing a floor drain. Thry where scheduled to come sometime from 11 to 1. They called at 1;30 telling me they might have to reschedule. Not cool. They did show up at around 2;30 and clear the drain. The guy were polite and professional. I personally won't expect them to be on time in the future.

The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They quoted me a price and I did not have to pay more than what was quoted. The only downfall was they showed up an hour late for the appointment however it could have been due to the weather.

Everything was pre-determined but when the guy showed up the day to do the job, he did not know what was going on and what was needed, so he keeps leaving to get parts. They OVER PRICE the material very much, I went online to check the price for the parts after they finish the job, the actual price is only half of what they told me. So you can do the math here.

Contractor was scheduled to arrive between noon and 2:00, actually arrived about 3:00. However this was a next day response on a Saturday, so a few minutes delay was immaterial. Work was done well and without delay and no problems have been noted

the first appointment the owner was 1 hour late. the second appointment two days later the owner never showed up. when I called him, he blamed it on his computer. the pricing he originally quoted changed.
