Chose bi-weekly service which apparently can mean once a month depending on how the weeks fall in the month.  I asked for a schedule to be sent and was told I would have one emailed in 2 business days.  Still waiting on that and it has been a week.  They stopped showing up and cite the weather as the reason. I was told they would be out March 18th and again nobody showed up. Weather was not an issue.  I cancelled service and I will find a company that will actually show up.

After a rocky first visit, service now is first rate.

The only positive is that company came out sooner than they said. From there it was bad. My wife and I did a casual walk around the yard and easily found 10 locations where they had missed. These were obvious and they should have found it easily. They did not even do a good job on the pathway to the yard gate. It would seem obvious to me that you do your absolute best to clean up places where people walk regularly. My wife then called and complained that day and was told by a receptionist that she would leave a note for a manager to follow up. Two days later no response. She then went to the website and filed a complaint. She got a call and another person apologized and said the first woman did not give the note to the right manager. Well here we are a week later and no response. What a waste of $75.00. Had they done a good job we were really considering a regular service as my wife and I both work. Definitely not going to do anything with this company ever again.

They missed a couple of spots, but considering the amount that was there to begin with, it wasn't bad. I had also requested that they come the day before trash pickup and roll the can out to the curb. For whatever reason, they came a day early and left the can in back. My cat sitter caught it and took the can out, so no damage done. The woman on the phone was very nice and i thought the price was reasonable for the size of our lot. I would use the service again.

Set up a recurring service with Pet Pickup. Post winter pickup was great and have been back each week. Highly recommend.

Their man came and picked up a lot of poop, but there was a lot that was missed. I expected a first rate job but got a bad job. Maybe Angie can help get this fixed. I had expected an and quot;Aand quot; class job but got a and quot;Cand quot; or and quot;Dand quot; job.

We are a previous customer. This service provider is great, they always met the schedule and we were very happy with their service. There was no trace of dog waste after the schedule visit. They were very friendly and our pet was excited to see them. The service provider was able to create a relationship with our pet and the provider treated our pet with compassion. Only reason we cancelled the service was due to the passing of our pet. I have recommended their service to several of our friends.

Overall , they did and continue to do a great job. I would recommend them and will continue to work with them.

I like working with them as they do good work. They are reliable and make sure to clean up everything.
