The guys at Pest Masters are top notch. I have been using them for years. At my last house for annual spraying for wasps. At my current home I used then for annual spraying for ticks and mosquitos. This is quite a challenge since I live next to a huge pond. The spraying kept the mosquitos under control and no ticks on 3 dogs and two cats! Every visit they make sure my dogs have all had a chance to go out before spraying. Very polite and thoughtful team at Pest Masters. Great to work with them. I recently sold my home, so sad that I am moving out of their treatment area. Will miss the great service.

I have always been very satisfied with this company and the people who work there. Dale is especially cool to work with and is very accommodating. Their technicians are punctual, professional, and effective. I have never been disappointed and have virtually no insects bothering us.

When I figured out that that thing on the side of my house was a hornets' nest, I immediately came here and found Pest Masters.
They actually managed to stop by the same day! The gentleman took a look, confirmed they were hornets and said "I'm going to suit up for this one" (think of a beekeeper's outfit) - confirming that I made the right decision in calling them rather than going to the store and buying a can of something or another .
He removed most of the nest and sprayed the remnants - in case "not everybody is home".
While I wasn't happy with the unexpected expense, I heard later that this is about the going rate. And it sure beats getting stung trying to do it yourself!
If I see another hornets' nest, I know who to call. And if they show up in the same spot - they come back for free!

He called and asked if he could come early for the appointment. He examined the attic from the outside through the gable vent and applied a fog.  Then he donned his bee-suit and went partway up into the attic through the ceiling access and applied a powder-type of chemical onto the hives.  He advised us not to re-screen the gable vent for a couple of days in order for any bees coming in to pick up the powder.  And he gave us a 6-month warranty.  He was very courteous and professional.

I noticed a problem today with very tiny mites in some areas outside my home.  I've been a Pest Masters maintenance program customer for many years, so I planned to call them to have them come out and take care of the problem.  Before I had a chance to make the call, I noticed that one of their trucks was in the neighborhood, so I walked over to ask if they were planning to spray my house today.  It turned out that I was on their schedule for next week,but their employee (Thomas) said he would stop by when he finished the one he was working on.  Thomas came by, confirmed the problem, and sprayed all around the foundation.
Dale and his team have consistently exceeded my expectations (and I have high expectations).  That's why I've been a Pest Masters maintenance program customer for more than 15 years.

Did a good job, came out very next day, they were on time, thorough, and the advice they gave took care of the problem, would recommend them, and use again.

They came out to spray for yellow jackets under our sliding glass door. We called late morning and they were able to work us in during the late afternoon the same day. Very reasonably priced with a satisfaction guarantee. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went very well.. We had my mother-in-laws home sprayed for ants. They discovered where they were coming in at

I was in a major bind and spoke to the owner Dale about my issue. He rearranged his schedule and sent Tim over quickly to help me out. I had a large amount of ants that came out of nowhere and after the treatment they were gone. Pest Masters was prompt and courteous and I would definitely use them again.

He did a good job. I was very happy with him. I did not have any issues with him and I did not have to call him back out or anything. He was very very well informed and very polite. I did not try anybody else so I have no idea if their price was high or low. The quality of the work was good and he came out right away.

They went fine. They came out 6 months ago. I don't recall the cost. We had an issue with a racoon. They caught him in the woods. The latest time, we had an issue with mice for a renter that was living in the condo. They looked around and checked out the area. They gave us some instruction and told us where the mice were getting in. We blocked up the area and we have not had a problem since. They were running up the wall. They were also in the unit next to ours the year before. They had not come back in a while. The renter began noticing signs. They chewed through a hole to get into the condo.

Everything went fine. The staff was very professional and courteous.

We've been using PestMasters for quite a few years to take care of pavement ants and box elder beetles. They've always been very easy to deal with and easy to schedule appointments.

Very good service. I pointed out a spot where I noticed bees entering the brick of my home. The agent did a walk around my home and found 3 other areas where bees were located. He sprayed all the areas with a long tube that went inside the brick wall. It took care of the problem completely.

I like them and I'm sticking with them. Their were competitive and they had good service. They listen to me and talk to me about my problem. They were thorough on how they address the problem. They seem knowledgeable about that domain. They were a little bit pricier than I expected, I paid a little bit more but to me I didn't feel like I was loosing my money because I felt like it was worth the money.

I've been a client of Pest Masters since about 1998 when I called them to deal with a wasp nest in the attic of my house. I also signed up for their preventative maintenance program at that time. They spray the eaves and foundation of my house several times throughout the spring and summer months. On the rare occasion when wasps or carpenter bees begin building a new nest, I just call Pest Masters to come back to re-spray the area. They're very responsive and do an excellent job. Signing up for their preventative maintenance program also provides coverage for other pest problems - I contacted them one winter when mice decided to move into the attic - they came out and took care of the problem - no additional charge. I highly recomment Pest Masters.
