Scott and his crew installed a new sprinkler system in our yard. They responded quickly to our inquiry and came when they said they would. They were very professional and took the time to explain how everything worked before they left. We would definitely recommend them.

Pretty well - it took us calling them back to get them to put us on the schedule and then it took them a while to bill us. But the work was done and the watering is better.

They did a pretty good job. He did a good job but he was not sincere enough for my case. He was a very good and nice fellow in doing the job. He should pay more little attention in adjusting the sprinkler. My interaction with them was pretty good. The work turned out okay. They should pay more sincere attention. He was responsive.

One break was repaired the morning they came to do the work. The other break required the line to be moved 4 feet to the right and miss dig to be called to make sure it was ok to move line. I never heard from them after that, I called after six days to find out when they were coming back, the office seems to have no idea what I was talking about, the repair guy told me he would make all of the arrangement to take care of the problem, including the call to miss dig. I feel they did not live up to my expectation and I will not use this company again.

"Our office had an initial appointment in the end of June and notified the homeowner that we would need to schedule a follow up appointment a few weeks out. On June 30th we scheduled a follow up appointment for July 21st and then about a week later the above negative review was posted. Our office contacted the client regarding his negative review and he indicated that he did not recall stating that he would not work with our company again and does in fact want us to complete the work which was initially requested. We proceeded to complete our repair on July 21st and the client indicated that he was completely satisfied with the service provided and would be changing his negative review. Their services have been just fine. They have done a good job for me the last couple of years. The only issue I have is I had a thumping noise when I turned the sprinkler system on and the gentleman that was there did not diagnose it. He just said it was normal but when I had the city come up and look at it actually it was a bad water meter and it still performed okay but it's still making noise. It had nothing to do with their system, but it was more of the diagnosing correctly. Everything else has been fine and I will continue to use them.

I used the Angies List coupon for service. The technician did a great job and communicated with me every step. I did not need all the hours on the coupon so some dollars were used for parts and I was left with a credit.

Scott (owner) was excellent to deal with. During the quotation process, he was detailed and provided a lot of insight. Each station was carefully measured to ensure sufficient water usage and coverage, and heads adjusted/metered as required. Judging from the spray patterns of my system versus other around the neighborhood, I can tell Old Failthful had properly designed and calculated the system. Excellent communication from the office, with good follow-up.
It maybe cheaper to go with an "all-in-one" landscaper (landscape + sprinkler package), but I opted to do this seperately based on Scott's experience in sprinkler system design. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with this company. They were responsive to my messages from day 1, and very transparent throughout the process. They showed up during the proper window, and they were prepared because they had asked for pictures of the broken lights in advance. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
