Brian kept me posted as to his timing and when he thought he would be able to be at my house. He spent time with me on the phone to try to resolve the problem without making a house call. He prices are reasonable. I would and will recommend him and his company to anyone with computer issues.

Brian returned the computer as scheduled everything was working fine. Later I began to have problems with the computer performing a random shutdown. I called Brian and he did some research and found it could be three issues. Brian helped me walk through some diagnostics and we were able to determine it was a battery issue. Brian did some further research and sent me a link to get a replacement battery as there was a recall on the battery. This is the second time Brian has worked on computers for me. I have found him to always be prompt and deliver as promised. I would recommend New Start Computer Repair very highly.

Brian is very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He has been able to figure out any computer issue I have had. He has patience when working with customers like me who do not understand computers! When I need a signal booster to be able to receive a better signal and to help connect my work shop to the other end of the house, he researched and found 2 types of signal boosters to try out. Unfortunately neither worked, so he went back to his office and found a 3rd to try and it worked! There were several issues he had to work around to get this to work, walls etc. His cost for services is fair and he is fair when he charges also depending on time spent. We have also worked where we connected and he got into my computer to work on my system. He helped me out when my Quickbooks crashed talking with them to get my files back.
