My Mother was in hospice and I chose Neely Turowski to pre-arrange her funeral arrangements. Their prices were very reasonable, but they did not fulfill our wishes and treated us disrespectfully.  When we went for the viewing on 1/28/13, their parking lot had not been plowed and we had to walk in several  inches of slush. They had not arranged for a hairdresser to do her hair and nails, as I had requested and paid for, which was very disturbing, since she had always been impeccably groomed before she had fallen gravely ill. So our last view of our Mother was very disconcerting. As we were leaving to go to the cemetary for the serice in the chapel, they stopped us and demanded a check for the headstone, even though I had been told that we would be billed when the stone would be installed in the spring.  Imagine how we felt with this shoddy treatment.  Shame on Tod Turowski for this unprofessional experience during a most difficult time!
