Maid for Nature

My home is occupied by only my husband and I. I am away 6 to 7 months out of the year leaving only my husband to clean for. I had prepaid for 6 cleanings at a time. After using Maid for Nature since October, 2017, I noticed that the cleaning had become less thorough. When I moved furniture myself, I found dirty hardwood floors and 'dust bunnies'. Looking behind the loveseat and the coffee table, I found the same condition. Kitchen floor cleaned only in the center of the room not at the end of the room where two kitchen chairs and a small wooden cart on wheels were never moved. I found that any shelf above eye level had dust you could write in. In response to my email the owner, Paul Trochakerian, indicated specifically (and I asked twice as I was surprised by his answer) that his employees were not to move any furniture including end tables, kitchen chairs/table and dining room chairs/tables - in the past his employees moved these items and the hardwood floors were dust moped. I no longer use his service.

Maid for Nature did an excellent job on my home. I would happily refer them to all of my friends and family. Their attention to detail was remarkable!

I had to find someone at the last minute. While Paul (manager) did not have availability for a "full cleaning" on such short notice, he did have a crew for two hours on the day I needed. Paul and crew arrived promptly and Paul worked along side the crew to accomplish as much as could be done in that time. As it turned out, they covered all the important areas and were able to get much of what I needed done. Everyone was professional and they did a great job. I would certainly hire them again.

Maid for Nature has been cleaning my house every two weeks since October, 2017. They are always polite and professional. I feel very comfortable having them in my home. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
