Lawn Image

Landscaping looks great - i had 3 trees removed and replaced, mulching, built 2 paver walls around my gardens removed an old raised garden.

Perfectly! They did a fine job.

Chris, the owner of Lawn Image, has been very responsive. He came out the day after I called and provided a quote to clean up the leaves from a 1.25 acre area with lots of trees. He has always returned my phone calls within 24 hours, and arrived on site with his team at the date and time promised. His work was excellent. Could have been more pleased. A first class job. Would hire again. Will consider Lawn Image for lawn cutting services in the spring.

Came like clock work each week. In the fall when grass was growing less they would come by check the height and if didn't need cutting would move on.

We have had nothing but excellent work from this company and their employees, including our recent leaf pick up.  We will keep this company for next year.  Excellent work!

This is the first negative review I have ever written, and am only doing it now because I have received numerous requests from Angies List to do so.
Summery – Lawn Image Employee performed shoddy work and was dishonest. Owner of Lawn Image (Chris), who is very smooth talker, never followed up on his promises and did not provide requested answers to my Emails. He never resolved any of the issues even though he promised he would.
Feb 5, 2014 – I talked to employee of Lawn Image about problem and he agreed to correct problem and to do it correctly in future.
Feb 9, 2014 – Problem occurred again. I sent Email to owner of Lawn Image (Chris) telling him about problem and asked him to talk to all of his employees.
Feb 9, 2014 – I receive reply from owner of Lawn Image (Chris)… “ I Sincerely apologize for your troubles I will notify all of my employees”
Feb 9, 2014 – I sent reply to Chris thanking him… “Thank you for quick reply and apology”
Feb 23, 2014 – I send owner of Lawn Image (Chris) another Email about continuing problems with his employee. I told Chris
that his employee told me that Chris, or no one else, had ever talked to him about any problem. I offer to sit down and meet with Chris.
Feb 23, 2014 - I receive reply from owner of Lawn Image (Chris)… ” I'm sorry to here we are having problems again. I would like to meet with you and see if we can come up with some sort of fix to this problem.”
Feb 24, 2014 – I send owner of Lawn Image (Chris) another Email about offering dates and times we could meet to resolve
ongoing issues. (  He Never Responds Back To Me ).
Mar 13, 2014– I send owner of Lawn Image (Chris) another Email about more problems with his employee. Owner of Lawn Image (Chris) has not followed up on any of his promises to correct problems. He has also not followed up on his
agreement
to meet with me. And, he also never replied to my Email about the latest problems.
