JJ Appliance Repair

We have an appliance protection plan which directed us to JJ Appliance to make the repairs and we were unsure what kind of quality of workmanship we would be getting. John responded quickly and was able to come to our home and while he was there it only took about 10 minutes for him to verify exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the required parts right away and came back to our house with them two days later. He had the job done in less than 1 hour (even though it required disassembly and replacement of parts for both the washer and dryer). We would definitely recommend John to our friends and family.

John is very knowledgeable & easy to work with.  He is prompt with his service & does excellent work.  His costs are extremely competitive.  Even after my wife forgot to mail him a check for a week, his follow-up was professional & courteous.  I will definitely be using him for any appliance issues I run into in the future.

Our clothes dryer was making lot of noise recently and we opened up a claim with our appliance protection insurance provider and they forwarded the work to JJ appliance repair which is owned by John. John called us this morning and said that he will be coming in another 45 minutes and he was prompt. He opened up the dryer, looked into it and determined that bearings and glides had to be replaced. He did the work quickly and also cleaned up the dirt inside the dryer and was very courteous and friendly.  I checked if this company was on Angies but it was not.  I am adding JJ appliance repair now so that other Angies list customers can make use of his service.
