+ 8 moreWork took 4 weeks due to a worker becoming ill, had to pay extra for another man to do the living room. He spilled paint on the floor and never cleaned it up. Drywall dust throughout house because they never sealed off rooms. Tops of doors and tops and bottoms of windows where new wood installed never caulked. No dress rings around plumbing lines in half bath or laundry. Outlets put in crooked and loose. Never fixed hardwood floor and credited only $100 for that. Never caulked outside windows as he said "it would not look good." Never credited for that. All in all, a very bad experience considering I had used them before for work in my crawl space. Mortar in the fireplace must be redone, tile in hearth ripped out and installed correctly, and all the walls have to be re-sanded and coated as the work is terrible. A horrible experience and I just wanted them out of my house. Charged for material that should have been cost of their doing business.
Description of Work: Remove existing attic insulation, install insulation with vapor barrier, return my insulation on top, install attic ladder and door, redo plumbing in laundry room, re-vent dryer through attic, remove existing door and add pocket door, remove wall in dining room, replace flooring, remove paneling from den walls, repair all den walls and ceilings, add half bath, install new baseboard and window trim in dining room, living room, den, laundry room, half bath and hallway and kitchen, tear out hearth and stone from fireplace, fix mortar in fire bricks, install new hearth and mantel, install floating floor in half bath and laundry room, fix all cracks in living room, and all walls that were worked on to be ready for painting, fix electrical on back porch, install new hall light and 30 amp circuit in laundry room, replace all outlets and switches. Install all new register covers and cold air returns. Caulk around outside of all windows where trim meets stucco. I paid for all material.

+ 0 moreI found them on Angie's list. What I liked the most about them was that they were punctual, got in and got the job done and they knew what they were doing. I also found them to be very reliable.
Description of Work: Integrity gutted the inside of my 950 square foot home and turned the attached garage into a kitchen and dining area. Then they turned the kitchen into a bathroom and laundry area.

+ 1 moreWE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICES. THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL CLEAN UP JOB. THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN NEW WINDOWS AND HAD TO PUT NEW ALUMINUM SIDING & TRIM AROUND THE WINDOWS.
