+ -1 moreI have used this company for 10 years. At first, they were very good. The past 3 years they have been AWFUL and have gotten progressively worse each year. I will NEVER hire again. The first snowfall they only did part of my property. The following snowfalls they NEVER came at all. They used to provide a phone number where you could contact someone for help. Now when you call all you get is a voicemail and it is usually full.

+ -1 moreThis is the worst experience I've had in nearly 20 years of contracting work. They didn't show up on many days until 2 PM or later, when the snow stopped falling during the night. When I tried to contact them, there was absolutely no response and has there been to this date.
