They were inefficient and were not productive at all. When we asked for help with items to be moved that are not easily moved by vehicle such as rugs and larger items, they just stared and questioned us. They were polite, but all in all a waste of time and damaged our walls. This is the worst experience we have ever had. We ended up having to move the majority of our items. Also, we asked for boxes during our initial call to the company and boxes were never brought with the movers. We waited for those boxes pack our things and ended up having to waste time driving to go buy some ourselves. Will never use this company again.
