Gutterdude

David from Gutterdude was awesome. We had all our gutter and downspound storm drain pipes clogged and he and his associate came with a tall ladder and the right tools. They found clogs in almost all of them and removed them. The job was completed in less than an hour and solved a major problem we had with rain water pouring all over our yard. After the repiar, everything looks squeaky clean. Thanks David.

Dave called, and asked if he could swing by in about an hour and-a-half since he was close by. I expected him to provide an estimate and leave. Instead, he got out his ladder, climbed up there, looked down, and said, "twenty-five bucks?" DONE!

Dealing with Dave was a pleasure.  He was very easy to do business with and was able to work around my schedule.  The results were better than expected.  He didn't leave any mess around the house and he even cleaned up the first story gutters even tho it wasn't part of our original deal.  I'll be using him again next year.

With all of the Spring rain, I was having problems with a little water in the basement in a rental property.  I hadn't had the gutters cleaned in a year which ended up being the main problem.  Dave was prompt responding, was able to take care of the gutters that day, and even though they were clogged with small trees growing in them! he did not charge me any more than what he had quoted on the phone.  No more water in the basement since.

When I first called GutterDude, Dave returned my call.  He was very nice and said he would do the job in the next 2-3 days and would call me when he could come out.  Someone else called me back and said they would be out in late afternoon.  I just assumed it would be Dave and a helper maybe?  So at 5:30 that person called back and said they'd be there in about 25-30 minutes.  Over an hour later a gentleman shows up in a truck with the name of another company on the side.  He said they worked together.  He went up on the house to inspect the gutters.  He said they were full of debris and the downspouts were plugged.  But when he finished he only had a couple of handfuls of leaves, helicopters, etc.  He didn't touch the downspouts, but said they were now clear.  I asked how he knew and he said he could tell by looking down them, which would be difficult to do since downspouts are curved to fit the side of the house.  He didn't use a blower or rinse the gutters out.  I just don't feel like he did a very good job. If another company is going to do the job, then the customer should be told that up front.  I paid with a check, which he asked I make out to him instead of to the company, which I thought was odd.  The price was fair for the work promised, but I'm not sure if the work done.  Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service.

First, he responded to my voicemessage within a very short amount of time and then arrived to do the job within a couple of hours.  He was thorough, polite, and extremely conscientious about the quality of his work.  After clearing all the gutters, he cleaned up any debris on the ground  The price was very fair and I will call him whenever the gutters need cleaning.

Showed up when promised, completed the work quickly. Asked to use our hose to clean up the siding where some of the gutter contents left marks. Did a great job cleaning up. Would - scratch that, WILL use again in the fall. Very friendly, easy to deal with.
